Hi everyone, we have had a couple of requests that many of you should be
interested in:
Firstly, one of the Alcuin Ents reps has asked for someone to photograph the Alcuin Christmas ball. You will be paid £40 for the evening, to photograph people arriving and as they eat. This event is TOMORROW NIGHT (7/12/09). If you want to do this then please email Jeremy at jjl501@york.ac.uk, and email us to so that we know that he has had a response. This is a very easy way to make money which will help for buying Christmas presents! Please note that if you have never done this before, you will need a flashgun.
Secondly, the netball club would like some team photos to be taken. They want to have a black background, so you would have to hire out our backdrop to do this. They would like to take them on Wednesday Week 10, email Elizabeth on elc505@york.ac.uk if you are interested.
Thirdly, the Fringe want someone to photograph their calendar. They need someone for two days, and are willing to pay £100. Again, another easy way to make money! Email mka500@york.ac.uk for more details.
All of these are great chances to improve on your skills, so if you have the time then email and get these opportunities before everyone else!
